Environmental Policy

e believe that business should be a force for good.

We want to work in the most ethical and environmentally responsible way possible.

So we’re active amongst our clients, colleagues and community to use our skills and resources to help others achieve their potential.

We’re always looking for ways to use technology to reduce our carbon footprint, so instead of unnecessary travel, we use a lot of Skype. But if we do have to fly somewhere we offset the carbon (through Carbon Neutral).

We’re proud of our ISO 14001 accreditation, but even more proud of the steps we’ve taken since we won it – to considerably reduce the paper we use, and to increase our recycling levels.

We also support a number of charities, and give every member of staff two ‘volunteering days’ a year where they can offer hands-on support to a charity of their choice.

We recognise and showcase employees who do the most for their communities outside of work and the ‘Generous Spirit’ annual award winner is invited to our global conference to present to the business and inspire others.
