A client often expects a consultant to come on board and ‘get the job done’ and often expects more than they do from their own staff, so you need to be clear on what you are being asked to do, and with support from us, make sure it gets done. Communication skills are critical to being a successful consultant and we expect our consultants to be able to communicate effectively at all levels within our clients.
